Atlantic Microwave has been a part of Cobham Defense Electronic Systems since 1994.


Atlantic Positioning Systems' (formerly Xybion Sensor Positioning Systems) operation located in Clearwater, Florida focuses on the design and manufacture of adaptable, highly-reliable, accurate positioning systems, suitable for pointing optical sensors, lasers, radars, and communication antennas installed on land, sea and airborne platforms.


Continental Microwave and Tool Company (CMT) located in Exeter, New Hampshire is a competitive manufacturer of high quality microwave and millimeter wave products and subassemblies such as: high frequency flexible and twistable waveguide; rectangular and double ridge waveguide components and assemblies; flat plate array antennas; couplers; adapters; and multi-function assemblies such as filters and diplexers.


REMEC Defense & Space East (formerly Chelton Control Systems), designs and manufactures microwave control device components and subassemblies. Units utilize either silicon or GaAs devices. Subassemblies will include the basic control device components integrated with filters, amplifiers, etc., to form complex signal processing networks. Parts are typically for use in receiver applications, though an extensive capability also exists in high power switch components and subassemblies.

Through 38 years of successful operation, Nurad's specialty has become the design and manufacture of state-of-the-art antennas and radomes for airborne applications. Products are developed, manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards in it's own facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Nurad antennas and radomes are used for electronics warfare and communications.

Kevlin Corporation, now located in Methuen, Massachusetts is recognized as the world leader in rotary joint design and technology. Together with its partners, Kevlin produces complete rotating systems consisting of microwave rotary joints, electrical, optical and media slip rings, and encoders.

We design, develop and manufacture a broad spectrum of radio frequency (RF), microwave and millimeter wave products used in space, electronic warfare, radar, missile and communication & navigation (CNI) systems.
